WHEN DID HE FIRST START RACING: First ever race was at Mallory Park in October 1991, on a 1958 BSA C15, since that humble beginning with the Vintage club I have gone on to record enviable number of wins and top three results on vintage, classic and now modern machines.

BEST RESULTS: 2000 CRMC up to 200cc Champion (1963 Greeves 197cc). 1998 VMCC 500cc Specials Champion (Ron Leighton Greeves Oulton 1967). 1998 VMCC (2nd) Morris Lubricants Champion of Champions (BSA C15). 1996 ACU North West Classic Champion (Norton ES2). 1995 ACU North West Vintage Champion (Norton ES2).

MACHINES RACED: 1937 Ariel Red Hunter 350cc, 1955 Norton ES2,  M50, 88 and 99, 1958 Warburton NSU 250, 1958 BSA C15 250, 1963 Greeves Silverstone 250, 1963 Greeves RAS 197, 1963 Ducati Mac 1 250, 1967 Leighton Greeves Oulton 344, 1972 Maico RS 125, 1999 Honda RS125.

BEST RESULTS ON A GREEVES: Winning the CRMC National 200cc Championship and breaking both lap and race records at every circuit attended in the National Championship including winning the ‘Race of the Year’ at Snetterton riding 1963 Greeves Silverstone Special lapping at 1:30:00. Winning the 15 lap Anglesey Grand on Ron Leightons Silverstone first time out (Beating the twins). Winning 4 out of 4 CRMC 250 singles races at Three Sisters (Beating the Ducati’s). Beating Lee Moore in the 2000 C of C race at Three Sisters on the 200.
